Jerry Lillard (Administrator) (B.S. of Theology,  25 years as a missionary, 22yrs Pastoral experience, Ordained with FCF and FCCI, Co-Founder of KSV, Pastor of NBCC and Co-Director of VLC) 

He has been together with Ulrike for 28 years and is the Father of four children and Grandfather to nine.  He has helped people discover and develop their personal lives for nearly twenty six years. Thirteen of those years has been here in the Czech Republic.

Ulrike Lillard (Administrator) (Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition, NESTA Certified Pilates instructor) 

She has successfully raised four children, assisted her husband and studied and worked in sports studios for many years. Her understanding of what women go through and what they need makes her a capable, empathetic instructor. People are her passion. She is a valuable coordinator of many areas in this ministry.
